Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Available Booking dates exclude January1st, December 24th, 25th and 31st . We reserve the right to add additional dates to this list

Pre-booking is required and you must advise at the time of booking that a voucher is being used for the booking

Dinner is a set £25per person allowance and is redeemable against food only. Additional costs must be settled prior to departure from the hotel. A credit or debit card will be required at time of booking but will not be charged.

All vouchers are non-refundable or transferable.
